Job Description

DescriptionPrimary Objective:To ensure IT Compliance policies/guidelines are consistent with the Group\xe2\x80\x99s business strategies and risk as well as adherence to regulatory requirements
Key Responsibilities:

• Build awareness of IT risks and controls among local and regional IT personnel to adhere to Group governance and local regulatory requirements;
• Assist Senior Officer to ensure technical compliance with regulatory requirements for all Bank\xe2\x80\x99s IT projects/initiatives;
• Assist in reviewing and assessing IT projects (inclusive of vendor risk assessment to comply with Group policies and all appropriate regulations), in conjunction with Group IT Governance/Group Technology Risk team, prior to implementation and provide feedback on any potential compliance/risk impact;
• Participate in IT Gap Assessment on Regulatory requirements and follow up with respective parties on the remediations;
• Liaise with local and regional Compliance/IT staff to build awareness of IT risks and controls among local and regional IT personnel to adhere to \xe2\x80\x9chome\xe2\x80\x9d and \xe2\x80\x9chost\xe2\x80\x9d country requirements;
• Identifying and suggest remediation for current and emerging technical risks from new or current technology;
• Independent technical review as control function;
• Assist in maintaining comprehensive list of related laws, statutes and guidelines and determine their applicability to IT aspect of business;
• Support in preparing materials to support respective committee and board meetings.

RequirementsRequirements:
Bachelor Degree - Minimum Degree in Information Technology field.At least 2-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in banking or IT operations.IT Audit experience is preferredExperience in Regulatory Policies / Guidelines is an added advantage.

• Able to work independently and possess good project management and communication skills;
• Self-motivated, results orientated, and problem-solving ability;
• Experience in technical audit methodology;
• Ability to articulate Regulatory requirements into technical requirements.
