Description Primary Objective: Proactive engage the at-risk borrowers (Very High/High Risk category) based on EWS output and to propose risk-differentiated strategy for early actions. Key Responsibilities: Follow up with MIS team to update / ref Description Primary Objective: Proactive engage the at-risk borrowers (Very High/High Risk category) based on EWS output and to propose risk-differentiated strategy for early actions. Key Responsibilities: Follow up with MIS team to update / refresh the EWS output on monthly basisto extract the customer risk profile (Very High /High / Medium / Low) to strategizeaction. To engage the at-risk customers by SMSs, calling and performing site visits (if required) to remind customers to make payment before the next payment due date and to find out any potential repayment risk, based on the identified red flags. To identify customers that require assistance and to notify ARM for furtherengagement/actions To propose strategies/actions (i.e. R&R, up pricing, exit strategy etc.) Requirements Requirements: Bachelor Degree - any related field. 1-2 years of relevant work experience is required.
