Our company\xe2\x80\x99s Global Business Solutions (GBS) organization is responsible for the design, governance, and execution of global processes. Within GBS, under the Areas of Practice for Cards, Meeting & Expenses (CME) organisation, Employee Expense Management (EEM) team are responsible for the timely and efficient delivery of standardized, global EEM processes to ensure timely & accurate employee reimbursement as well as corporate card payments.
The Employee Expense Management (EEM) Associate Specialist will report to the EEM Manager and work within the BSC and will be responsible for the execution and delivery of all EEM services for markets under their remit. EEM Specialist will have an overall responsibility for ensuring the markets are hitting required targets and should have an end-to-end view of all matters pertaining to EEM. This will include collaboration with BPO and internal IT desk.
The primary objective of the team is to ensure strong collaboration with internal/external stakeholders. And that cases and issues escalated to the APJ EEM level (Tier2) are taken care in a timely manner and the solutions provided for the future use. They will collaborate with their regional and global EEM colleagues to ensure a globally consistent way of working.
Primary Responsibilities
Part of a team of EEM professionals executing EEM processes for a group of market
Monitor and improve metrics to ensure health of EEM process
Manage relationships with share service teams and internal/external stakeholders
Work closely with the BPO provider &Centre of Excellence (COE) to achieve greater results
Collaborate with EEM Support Global Process Owner organization to ensure consistent, high quality delivery and consistency of defined support model
Understands their role in the end-to-end design
Deliver high quality service to employees and local markets to increase customer satisfaction
Coach newly joined colleagues on EEM process
Support Market Trainings and visits (if any)
Effective collaboration with all the other EEM subgroups to ensure a globally consistent approach
Help development and maintenance of relevant process knowledge articles and training materials
Help ensure GBS Global Documentation reflects all details of the operational processes and market specifications is up to date, complete and relevant
Adherence to the global process design, policies, and compliance requirements
Raise opportunities and pain points to help inform strategy for continuous improvement opportunities
Identify common trends and themes in support group to identify long term solutions, reduce escalations and complex issues
Support with implementation of continuous improvement opportunities
Support with testing validation of new system enhancements
Operate with ethics and integrity
Education Minimum Requirement:
Bachelor\'s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields preferred
Required Experience and Skills:
Minimum of 1 year demonstrated work experience within a General Accounting and/or Finance Shared Services, and/or EEM area
Business level fluency (oral and written) in English & Thai required
Excellent attention to detail, problem solving and analytical skills a must

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Apps (Excel, Word, PowerPoint at a minimum) required

SAP and Concur experience required
Experience with Case Management tools
