We are looking for a Associate, Accounts Payable (AP) to join our growing team in Finance based in our shared service centre in the Malaysia! Responsibilities: Perform 3-way match in the Inventory Warehouse System for all incoming invoices for the different warehouses Ensure the daily operational activities are performed and delivered within the SLAs Work closely, coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders Smooth and proper handling of stakeholders inquiry Maintain proper documentation and record keeping with accuracy and integrity Other AP related processes Continuous improvement of the end-to-end Account Payable process Ad-hoc finance or administrative support to the finance team Requirements: Minimum 1-4 years post qualification experience in an audit firm, or inhouse role. Diploma or Bachelor degree required in Accounting, Finance or another relevant field Proficient in Excel (e.g. Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP etc.) Previous experience in Shared Service Center or retail business is a plus Previous experience in SAP or other ERP is preferred Proficient in Chinese is required, serving Chinese locality markets across APAC Ability to work well under pressure, detail-oriented with strong analytical skills, employs a proactive approach to problem-solving Team player with an ability to function independently and effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment What we offer A dynamic and challenging work environment.
