• Strategic Planning: Support the development and execution of strategic plans.
• Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business improvement.
• Market Research: Perform market research to support strategic initiatives.
• Project Management: Assist in managing cross-functional projects from conception to execution.
• Performance Tracking: Develop tools to monitor progress against strategic goals and KPIs.
• Financial Modeling & Budget Management: Assist in financial modeling, forecasting, and managing budgets.
• Operational Efficiency: Contribute to improving operational efficiencies and effectiveness.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives.

QualificationsQualifications and Skillset

• Educational Background: Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, Master\'s) is a plus.
• Experience: 2-4 years in strategy consulting, business planning, financial analysis, or a related field.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Google Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs, etc.) and SQL knowledge is a plus. Familiarity with AI tools including the OpenAI suite of products (ChatGPT, DALL-E, etc.), Perplexity, and other AI-driven analytics tools is highly desirable.
• Project Management: Proven project management skills.
• Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial principles, including budgeting and financial operations.
• Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
