Client engagement strategy and activities. Distinctive, unique and effective client events. Tools and support for frontline to engage, acquire and deepen clients. Campaigns and offers. Portfolio activities to engage, deepen and retain clients. Client lifecycle journey. Business Grow Affluent client base Acquire New to Bank (NTB) clients. Upgrade New to Segment (NTS) clients. Reduce attrition of clients. Deepen clients\' holdings including Wealth Penetration. Grow Asset Under Management (AUM). Improve profitability of the Affluent Segment. To undertake special projects / assignments. Processes Engaging and deepening activities Work in consultation with internal stakeholders across business and functions including Insurance Specialists, Investment Advisors, Treasury Specialists, Branch Managers, Sales Team Managers, Marketing, Corporate Affairs, Saadiq to plan and execute monthly client engagement plans. To dovetail with campaigns, products & CVPs to acquire and deepen clients. Work with external stakeholders to develop collaborative partnerships to acquire clients and vendors to execute plans in a effective and organised manner. To stay up to date with market trends and competitors\' programme offering and activities to continuously improve our offering. Maintain operational excellence. Mapping and setting out clear and effective processes to ensure consistency, simplicity and timeliness to planning and execution. Monitoring the budget and effective cost management of activities including monthly reporting of spends, effectiveness and remaining committed and planned spends. People and Talent Skill Requirements Willingness to learn. Team player and collaborative mindset. Organised and good time management. Sharp business acumen (including ability to assess risk and appropriate levels of return), excellent interpersonal skills, multicultural awareness and sensitivity. Have knowledge of all Consumer Banking as well as Priority Banking client segment and channel engagement. Superb ability to relate and manage people across all levels and functions. Good communication and presentation skills. Enhanced multi-product Priority knowledge. Market and competition knowledge. Risk Management Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters. Regulatory and Business Conduct Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group\'s Values and Code of Conduct. Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. Our Ideal Candidate A degree in banking or other related field. Maintains a high level of integrity including maintaining the confidentiality of client and Bank information. Good sense of responsibility. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask. Good judgement to make financial decisions. Ability to deal effectively with time pressures, and multi-tasking on level of customer activity effective problem solving skills. Computer literate e.g. excel, powerpoint, word. Able to work with minimum supervision. Good understanding of reconciliation / investigation practices.
