Reduce attrition of clients. Deepen clients\' holdings including Wealth Penetration. Grow Asset Under Management (AUM). Improve profitability of the Affluent Segment. To undertake special projects / assignments. Processes Engaging and deepening activities Work in consultation with internal stakeholders across business and functions including Insurance Specialists, Investment Advisors, Treasury Specialists, Branch Managers, Sales Team Managers, Marketing, Corporate Affairs, Saadiq to plan and execute monthly client engagement plans. To dovetail with campaigns, products & CVPs to acquire and deepen clients. Work with external stakeholders to develop collaborative partnerships to acquire clients and vendors to execute plans in a effective and organised manner. To stay up to date with market trends and competitors\' programme offering and activities to continuously improve our offering. Maintain operational excellence. Mapping and setting out clear and effective processes to ensure consistency, simplicity and timeliness to planning and execution. Monitoring the budget and effective cost management of activities including monthly reporting of spends, effectiveness and remaining committed and planned spends.
