About the Role This is a management role within the Cybersecurity team within GIS responsible for first line cyber operations. The role will provide strategy and leadership across all aspects of Security Monitoring and Incident Response.

The role will manage the incident response team globally supporting all businesses on detection and remediation of cyber threats.

We\'re looking for a someone passionate about building innovating solutions to monitor and prevent against an ever-expanding cyberattacks.

Responsibility :

  • Manage security incidents and events\' escalation process to resolution, being responsible for reporting and follow-up of remediation process.
  • Develop and define security monitoring capabilities and detection strategies.
  • Drive 0-day vulnerability mitigation for critical vulnerabilities.
  • Plan and implement technical and nontechnical development strategies for continuous development of Cybersecurity Security Operations Center (CSOC) analysts and leaders.
  • Development of capabilities to improve our Cyber threat detection capabilities and fine tune existing models and detection algorithms.
  • Identify control gaps or weaknesses in current processes and recommend measures, tools or software application that will enhance the team capabilities and overall security posture of AIA.
  • Influencing policy and standards development and engagement with other stakeholders to ensure that the security risks with operations in AIA and its BUs are understood and mitigated.
  • Define and build a modern Security Operations Center (SOC) by driving automations and implementing workflows for effective and efficient response.
  • Will have the skills to create processes to anticipate new security threats.
  • Support in the design, development, and deployment of proactive security initiatives around information security awareness and branding that contribute to an improved security posture for the organization.
  • Develop communications programs for threats which include external and internal security events.
  • Provide guidance, evaluation, and advocacy on audit responses.
  • Participate in Major Incidents to drive containment and remediation.
  • Manage vendors in effective delivery of security services.
  • Build strong governance over SOC operations.
Requirements :
  • Degree holder in Computer Science or Master\xe2\x80\x99s in information systems / Technology
  • 10+ years of Information Security experience
  • 5+ years of experience Managing Incident Response and Monitoring teams in an enterprise environment.
  • Proven track record in managing remote and multi-cultural team.
  • Knowledge of SOAR, SIEM & XDR
  • Experience in cybersecurity consulting and/or cybersecurity operations to include Vulnerability Management, Incident Response, Threat Hunting and Cyber Threat Intelligence.
  • Comfort in a diverse technology environment spanning multiple operating systems and architectures.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead/manage direct reports and develop staff.
  • Understanding of enterprise, network, system/endpoint, and application-level security issues and risks.
  • Be adaptable, able to interact and build strong relationships with people from a diverse range of backgrounds.
  • After Hours work required during critical security events.
  • Occasional travel might be required.
