Job Description
Summary You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International\'s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Director of Security is responsible to develop, implement, monitor and evaluate the hotel\'s safety and security procedures, including fire safety, associate and asset protection. The Director of Security is expected to be on board in February / March 2024 . Qualifications Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open for Malaysian Citizen and Permanent Resident of Malaysia. Work experience in a similar capacity in hospitality industry is essential with proven progressive Security leadership experience. Formal education in a relevant field of security is preferred. In-depth knowledge of security or risk management information system would be an added advantage. Good organizational and administrative skills, with excellent problem solving and investigation skills.
