• Lead business development in South East Asia with a focus on P&C Product, Pricing, Claim and Underwriting (PPCU).
• Lead and promote PPCU value proposition in SAEM both internally and externally to further increase our PPCU consulting and technology footprint in the region and grow a solid base of recurring revenue.
• Work with the other senior leaders on business development initiatives, actively seeking to generate new opportunities and maximize business through relationships and contacts.
• Support market leaders and practice leaders to execute PPCU go-to-market plans and to achieve PPCU consulting and technology targets.
• Lead and support P&C PPCU consulting projects and technology implementation, ensuring successful project deliveries that meet or exceed client expectations, while also meeting project budget, timeline and quality standards.
• Present WTW ICT as the trusted advisor for our clients on and broaden our client services across the insurance pricing value chain.
• Develop and maintain regular contacts with existing PPCU clients, while building on new client relationships.
• Understand current and future client needs in PPCU and the potential for WTW products and services to meet those needs.
• Support our clients to succeed in the rapidly changing regulatory, industry and local market environments, making efficient use of their capital and other financial resources.
• Develop on the PPCU thought leadership, industry knowledge and pricing best practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and promote innovative culture within the business. Support both regional and global PPCU technology and consulting initiatives to continuously drive the development of new ideas and new services offerings as well as the adaptation of successful new propositions.
• Closely interact with global and regional PPCU champions and leaders to focus our development activities and to drive the marketing and sales of new ideas and services.
• Collaborate effectively with all members of the ICT Asia Pacific team and senior leaders.
• Support synergies with various parts of the business.
• Support and develop technology partnerships.
• Meet or exceed WTW\xe2\x80\x99s performance standards for work quality and professional excellence.

• Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or any other related quantitative fields
• Qualified or nearly qualified actuary from recognised International Actuarial Bodies
• 8 - 14 years of relevant industry experience, with at least 6 years of pricing experience in a direct insurer or consulting field in Singapore/Malaysia. Less experienced candidates may be considered for more junior positions
• Expert technical knowledge in PPCU
• Good understanding of the general insurance business, market and trends in Singapore and Malaysia
• Expert technical knowledge in Emblem and/or Radar is a highly desirable but not mandatory
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in having technical and value-add discussions with clients / internal stakeholders and able to propose innovative solutions to improve business performance
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to speak to both technical and business audience
• Self-driven achiever, and able to work independently with minimal supervision and is not afraid of getting hands dirty in finding solution in challenging situations
• Demonstrated ability to build strong client and colleague working relationships
• Experience with C-Suite interactions and multi-stakeholder management is a plus
• Fast learner as ICT has new software solutions released to the market regularly, requiring the individual to be able to quickly learn new tools and adapt to changes with minimum supervision
• Fluent in English. Ability to speak in other Asian languages is a plus (but not essential)
