Key Responsibilities
To respond to RFP / Due Diligence. 2. To secure new relationship & mandates for Securities Services. 3. To secure additional and recurring business from existing clients for recurring business deals 4. To prepare and present slides & sales material to prospective clients. 5. To work closely with SBU & SBG to pitch for new potential deals. 6. To prepare call report after every engagement with prospective/existing clients. 7. To maintain good rapport and regular engagement with existing and potential clients. 8. To have regular engagement and rapport with internal stakeholders. 9. Engage with Middle Office custody, Corporate Agency team, Trustee Operation team for new and existing mandates, resolution of issues and client\'s solutioning. 10. Engagement with client and internal stakeholders on clients\' escalation. 11. To support internal stakeholders on the MIS reporting and ad hoc project. 12. Update mandate tracker and keep status up to date. 13. Ensure fee mandate and other on-boarding process are in accordance with SOP.
