Responsibilities

Providing on-site support for desktop hardware, desktop applications, emails, printer, network, break/fix problem troubleshooting and resolution
Install, de-install, configure and support MS Windows OS, MS Windows applications and others user\'s application
Carry out project roll-out, installation and ensuring successful implementation of projects within schedule as and when necessary
Perform preventive maintenance
Ensure SLAs are met, and customer satisfaction achieved
Obtain job related Industry Certification(s) for principal partnership requirement

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
Good knowledge in IT troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Possess good interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset
Fluent in English and possess good written and verbal communication skills. (Mandarin will be an added advantage)
Flexible and able to adjust to the fast-paced IT environment and user requirements
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Applicant must be willing to travel within Klang Valley and possess own transport.
Applicant should be Malaysian citizens
