Main Responsibilities:
\xc2\xb7 Manage the full cycle of recruitment activities including an efficient sourcing and selection process from different recruitment channels.
\xc2\xb7 Initiate and maintain relationships with the relevant recruitment agencies, executive search companies, education establishments and other channels to ensure an on-going source of manpower supply.
\xc2\xb7 Work closely with Hiring Managers at various levels to gain a thorough understanding of their recruitment needs and requirements and deliver beyond expectations.
\xc2\xb7 Assist in other administration tasks including preparation of offer letters, ID tags and updating of records.
Requirements
\xc2\xb7 Possess a Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resource/Psychology/Business Administration or other related disciplines.
\xc2\xb7 Possess good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
\xc2\xb7 Able to work independently, have good interpersonal and organizing skills.
\xc2\xb7 Those who possess less than 1 year of relevant experience and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
