Role Summary:A Human Capital & Talent Executive is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent within an organization. This role involves overseeing recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, Employee Engagement, Employee T&D, Performance Appraisals, leadership development, and succession planning.Job description:Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of existing HR policies, practices, and procedures to identify areas for improvement. Analyze the efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes and recommend strategic changes to enhance overall performance.
  • Collaborate with department heads and executives to understand their needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Design and implement training programs to enhance employees\' skills, productivity, and overall job performance by identifying training needs based on performance gaps and the company\'s long-term objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance the company\'s brand image, both internally and externally by utilizing social media or other online platforms to showcase the organization\'s values, achievements, and positive work environment.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection. This include, conduct interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions.
  • Foster a positive work environment by addressing conflicts and ensuring a fair and respectful workplace. Promote employee engagement initiatives to improve retention and job satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Keep abreast of changes in HR-related laws and regulations to mitigate potential risks.

Supplemental Pay:
  • Performance bonus (Annually based on discretion of the Company)
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Puchong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Job RequirementsRequirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven 1 years of experience as a HR, with a track record of successfully implementing HR initiatives and Recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for informed decision-making.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in training, employee development, and talent management.
  • Self- starter, driven with high level of organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Position to be based in Puchong, available for an immediate start will be added advantage.
  • Microsoft Application proficient level highly preferred.( Power Point, Excel , Word etc).
