Responsible for the Group\xe2\x80\x99s manpower, talent development, and office(s) well-being management.
Responsible for overall payroll processing including computing wages, statutory payment (EPF/SOCSO/EIS/PCB/HRDF), maintaining time and attendance system, preparing payroll reports, and administration tasks as assigned by the Management.
Responsible for the full recruitment cycle from creating the job description, posting job advertisement, shortlisting, and interviewing to onboarding the new hires.
Responsible for planning, evaluating, and executing Employee Training programs.
Prepare and execute letters of Human Resources i.e., Letters of Appointment, Letters of Confirmation, Letters of Acceptance of Resignation, Letters of Promotion, Letters of Disciplinary action, Staff Memos and Announcements, etc.
Maintain employee personal files and ensure all information are accurate, up to date, and complete.
Provide assistance to employees on matters related to payroll e-leave, e-claims, performance evaluation, staff training, and the Employee\xe2\x80\x99s Handbook.
To handle the day-to-day HR operations, new staff orientation, exit interviews,s and employee/industrial relations functions as and when required.
Review, recruit, supervise, and evaluate Internship Programme within the Group.
Resolve payroll discrepancies by analyzing information and liaising with staff and management on payroll-related queries.
Prepare payroll summary reports and furnish them to Accounting & Finance department or assist to provide any other analysis payout report for management decision purposes.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Human Resource Management or any other equivalent.
Preferably at least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position(s).
Required Computer Skill(s): Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin.
Proficient with SQL & AutoCount payroll system is an added advantage.
Meticulous and able to work independently.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Good coordination and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to handle confidential information in a professional manner.
Well-versed in the Labour Law of Malaysia & latest rulings by the Government, statutory bodies, and other relevant authorities.
