Senior HR & Administrative Executive (HR & Administrative Executive) - Recruitment activities support. - Monitor and handle the process of attendance, payroll, and benefit compensation. - Handle expatriate permit renewal for Japanese top management - To handle any ad-hoc task from time to time. - Maintain office supplies and manage office inventory. - Schedule appointments (internal and external) and prepare documents for meetings. - Arrange business trips for company staff. - Arrange business entertainment for company staff. - Welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office/personnel. - Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including official correspondence, memos, and presentations. - Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company\'s operations. - Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment. - Performing other relevant duties when needed. - Responsible for all secretarial and administrative duties including staff attendance, renewal business license, PC support, staff recruiting .In the beginning, main of task will be supporting JB office members. .They pay to construction companies which established warehouses and will charge to companies which rent warehouses from Daiwa House. This person needs to communicate with other departments and customers for following up collection. So having a good personality is one of KBFs. DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE MUST TO HAVE: - At least 3 years experience of HR & Admin job related to job scope - Understand a variety of HR matters such as EA1955, training, the process getting EP - Own transport PREFER TO HAVE(Advantage) - Have working experience in real estate industry is one of big advantage Personality Requirement: - Comfortable handling confidential information.
