As a purpose-driven organisation committed to providing the best service and support to our policyholders, we are seeking an insurance professional to join our team as an Associate, Care Services. In this role, you are responsible for adjucating claims as per policy terms and conditions and ensure sound claims assessment and handling.

The Role:

• Assess claims in accordance with the policy terms and conditions
• Process claims within a set time frame
• Handle enquiries and complaints from agents and claimants
• Coordinate with branches to ensure smooth claims handling
• Handle ad-hoc assignments or projects as required

• Possess a recognised degree in any discipline, preferably in Healthcare, Health Administration or Insurance-related practices
• Has 2-3 years working experience in life insurance company
• Possess basic industry knowledge
• Good written and verbal skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
