Care to be a part of this revolution What you'll do: Develop and maintain a high-quality portfolio of hotel products for Klook's rapidly growing, global customer base Acquisition: Acquire a diverse range of hotels across key destinations in Thailand. Support onboarding of products and coordinate with merchants, operations, content, finance, and quality control teams. Account management: Cultivate relationships with hotel partners to help maximize their sales potential on Klook. Communicate Klook's business strengths and brand value to suppliers, and create merchant success plans for long-term sustainable partnership. Provide training and daily operational support to suppliers on our processes and tools. Optimization: Commit to delivering a world-class travel experience to our customers, in terms of competitive pricing, sufficient inventory, realistic content, exclusive privileges, maintaining a market-leading position at all times Coordination: Collaborate with various functions in the company globally - marketing to maximize sales, supplier operations to improve efficiency, customer services to drive satisfaction and repeats, finance to ensure accurate payment and minimize risk Market Intelligence: Provide market leaders with relevant information on identifying market trends and competitor updates. Operations: Onboarding of products and coordinating with hotel partners, collaborating with various functions in the company such as marketing, supplier operations, tech support, merchant support, finance, etc. What you'll need: At least 4 years of work experience with 2 years of direct OTA supply acquisition and management experience. High familiarity with hotel supply and channel manager is preferred Strong commercial sense, as well as analytical, written, and verbal communications skills Confident, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision Globally-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural backgrounds A start-up attitude - highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, ready to roll up your sleeves, can-do attitude, strategic thinker, and passion for travel is a plus Understanding of e-commerce/travel/transportation industry is a plus Klook is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
