Order-to-Cash (OTC) Associate is integral to maintaining a seamless and customer-focused order fulfillment process within a medical devices company, contributing to overall operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

What will you be doing?

The Order-to-Cash (O2C) Associate is crucial for smooth transactions in a medical devices company. They process orders accurately, maintain records, and ensure compliance. Skilled in communication, billing, and collections, they collaborate for seamless order fulfillment. Committed to improvement, they optimize processes and prioritize customer satisfaction. Through reporting and analysis, the O2C Associate contributes to operational excellence and risk mitigation. Other responsibilities include:

Dispute Resolution: Coordinate customer queries with relevant departments to facilitate dispute resolution and address customer concerns effectively.

Customer Administration: Manage customer administration by sending account statements, dunning letters, and providing invoice copies as needed to support timely invoice payments.

Account Reconciliation: Allocate payments and reconcile accounts, taking ownership of a portfolio of low and medium complexity accounts.

Credit Management: Contribute to accurate customer master data, follow assigned collections strategy, and report statistics, flagging potential bad debt risks to the Credit Manager.

What will you need to be successful?

Success in the role will require a combination of skills, qualities, and knowledge. Here are key elements for success in this role.

Successful candidates would need the following:

Minimum one year of experience, preferably in Collections, Cash Application, or Customer Service departments.

Proven track record of process improvements considered an asset.

Intermediate-level Excel skills required.

Fluent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction in a diverse professional environment.
