Design, update, and enhance curricula and teaching materials across multiple academic levels and programs.
Lead and deliver lectures, tutorials, and assessments, ensuring high-quality student learning outcomes.
Provide academic guidance, consultation, and mentorship to students.
Supervise honours, postgraduate, and doctoral students to successful completion.
Engage in continuous professional development in teaching, supervision, and mentorship.
Contribute to the Faculty's teaching and learning innovation, growth, and strategic direction.
Develop and maintain a strong portfolio of research and scholarly activities.
Actively participate in research training, research group development, and collaborative scholarly networks.
Build and sustain collaborations with industry and professional communities aligned with the Faculty's focus.
Provide leadership in academic, professional, and community-focused initiatives.
Uphold high academic and professional standards in all responsibilities.
Contribute to the effective administration and continuous enhancement of academic programs within the Faculty.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
PhD in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
Strong and recognized research record, including securing research grants and publishing in top-tier journals.
Demonstrated ability to teach effectively at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
Proven experience supervising PhD students to successful completion.
Membership in a relevant professional body (advantageous).
Well-established academic and/or professional networks (preferred).
