Job Responsibilities

• To ensure all inquiries for problematic delivery issues are well addressed on daily basis and closed in timely mannered in all mediums.
• To conduct a thorough investigations for all problematic parcels/delivery issues within the allotted time.
• To verify all claims submissions from all claimants.
• To prepare report on the related problematic delivery issues on weekly basis.
• To ensure full adherence to Recovery\'s SOP.
• To assist Manager/Head for any ad hoc projects and analysis as and when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in any field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Can communicate very well in English.
• Self-starter with good initiatives.
• Can work under high pressure.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google apps.
• Able to grasp operation processes and systems quickly.
• Knowledge/experiences in 5\'s concepts and Kaizen will be an added advantage.
