Description Primary Objective: To deliver the assigned budget for GTGM Group Sales via development of new products and/or strategies utilising derivatives in accordance to prevailing and upcoming market conditions, and aspire to be the knowledge centre of cross asset structuring within the banking group. The Associate Specialist will be the primary executor of daily business, including pricing and trade of derivative products, prepare reports, and participate in development and testing of new products, strategies and systems enhancements. Key Responsibilities: Daily Operations Complete daily operations tasks in an accurate and timely manner. Participate in testing exercises with Specialists on system enhancements and New Projects to ensure smooth roll-out of enhancements. Prepare periodical and adhoc reports. Product Development Prepare product papers for new products, both internal and regulatory, in a timely and accurate manner Preparation of annual Product Implementation Reviews Assist in creation of product documentations Creation and updating of operational and process manuals. Participate and provide input for system enhancement projects as front office specialists Sales Revenue Execute daily operations to support sales flows from both retail and wholesale businesses. This includes pricing, deal capturing, and taking a lead when settling general operational issues. Ensure the periodical fixing of deals and market events are accurate & timely. Regulatory / Risk / Audit Compliance Strictly adherence to all internal and external regulatory guidelines at all times Requirements Requirements: Bachelor Degree - Business, Finance, Commerce, Economics & equivalent. - Dealer\'s license (PKMC) preferred Up to 5 years of working experience in Treasury\'s structured products (Sales & Trading) is preferred- Good interpersonal & communication skill - Good knowledge in Microsoft Office- Basic coding via VB, Python is preferred- Familiar with functionality of Bloomberg & Murex is preferred Benefits Dental, Education support, Miscellaneous allowance, Medical, Loans, Sports (e.g. Gym), Parking, Vision, Regular hours, Mondays - Fridays, Casual Business Wear, Performance Based Rewards
