The role\xe2\x80\x99s primary focus will be to provide web and application system administration support for various solutions and technologies including Akamai, TIBCO, Hybris, Dell Boomi, web/application server platforms such as Apache, Tomcat, JBoss and DNS operations.

Let\xe2\x80\x99s talk about responsibilities:

• Actively participate in global application technologies stack and infrastructure projects.
• Administer and deploy application solutions running on Windows and Linux platforms, including but not limited to AWS, Akamai, Hybris, TIBCO, and web tier server/technologies such as Apache, Tomcat, JBOSS, IIS, Jenkins, etc.
• Provide support for cloud-based application and technologies.
• Install, troubleshoot, configure, and patch application solutions on both Linux and Windows platforms.
• Implement automation tools and DevOps frameworks (CI/CD pipelines, Config Mgmt) to optimize system performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to improve the company\'s engineering tools, systems, procedures, and data security.
• Possess a strong understanding of web architecture, cloud services, DevOps, and Agile methodology.
• Ensure environments are maintained by applying necessary updates.
• Administer the web and application tier and implement high availability setups for application solutions.
• Perform system health checks and capacity planning.
• Monitor application systems, create alerts using shell scripts/monitoring tools.
• Work with senior team members to liaise with other regional ResMed IT teams on collaboration projects as required.
• Ensure compliance with ResMed Information Security Policies and Standards.
• Participate in on-call rotation for scheduled maintenance and incidents.
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure support activities are completed on schedule, acting as an escalation point when necessary.

• 0-2 years hands on working experience (Fresh graduates encouraged to apply)

Preferred:

• Experience with Linux Operating Systems.
• Experience with cloud-based technologies and platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with web application servers \xe2\x80\x93 Apache, Tomcat, JBoss.
• Experience with web development languages Python/PHP/Java.
• Familiar with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience in basic networking and security concepts.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
