Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Food Technology/Food service or equivalent.
Preferably with some working experience in Food Manufacturing / Food Industry
Good knowledge of HACCP/ISO 22000/GMP/FSSC22000.
Have experienced in food manufacturing / food industry is advantages.
Responsibilities
Responsible for daily management of QAQC operations to ensure effective execution of QAQC activities
Establish and implement specification for the system control, inspection, sampling and test procedure with defined acceptance and rejection limits;
Participate in the executing/coordinating of company internal/external quality audit programmed.
Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions.
Co-ordinate, develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.
Promote awareness on good manufacturing practices, HACCP plan throughout the organization.
To perform and carry out other task and work that is assigned by the Management from time to time.
