• Prepare loan documentations, stamping of documents and safe keeping of documents.
• Checking of loan documentations before forward to the authorized signatories to sign the Letter Of Offer
• Attend/ review following operational matters:-
• Contract processing and balancing, Contract settlement and balancing, Drawdowns, Monitoring of daily corporate announcement, Deposit and Withdrawal of Securities, Revision of Trading limits, New application maintenance in system, Attending margin calls, Annual review \xe2\x80\x93 signing/issuance of letters and update system, Perform/ checking daily, weekly and monthly reconciliation, Account management - CDS and Trading account
• Attend queries from customers, remisiers, HLBB branches related to share margin matters and brokers
• Follow up with brokers on monthly handling fees payment
• Perform calculation for force selling of shares
• Maintain proper records and audit trails for all related matters, source documents, and manual and maintain confidentiality of all information relating to Bank
• Review SMF policies, standard operating procedures and Manuals.
• Perform and handling compliance related matters ie. Business continuity plan (BCP), Disaster recovery plan (DRP), SAC, RCSA and etc
• Review, improve & simplify existing process and procedures through digitization.
• Any other functions assigned by HOD/ Management from time to time.

Education/Qualification

• Tertiary Education in Business Administration, Banking or Finance

Experience & Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in Share Margin/ Branch Banking/ Stock broking Operations/ Customer Service in financial industry
• Knowledge on Share Margin Financing
• Intermediate knowledge on share market dynamics
• Fluent in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Strong writing and presentation skills
