To lead and motivate a team of collectors to achieve management targets and execute the collection strategies as directed by Management. This role reports to Manager, Cards Consumer Collection.
Job Responsibilities:
- To lead the Cards Team collectors (3-5 members).
- To define strategies and manage the day to day operations of the Collection Unit with a view to maximization of productivity and effectiveness of the operations via technology, supervision of collectors and management of past-due account portfolios to the monthly target given by Management.
- To ensure strict adherence to all policies, procedures, BNM guidelines, compliance, information security and more.
Requirements:
- Malaysian citizen.
- A recognized Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Banking, Finance or related disciplines;
- Strong analytical, internal personal and communication skills.
- Relevant working experience in the consumer collection team will be required for this position.
