JOB SUMMARY



Lead and supervise staff handling Admissions, Financial Aid, Visa, and Insurance operations. Establish clear performance targets for the team, monitor progress, and ensure goals are achieved. As part of the student conversion support unit, ensure processes are efficient, customer-focused, and consistently deliver high-quality service. Monitor process performance through systems and analytical tools, providing timely data insights for continuous improvement and proactive intervention. Plan, manage, and monitor the unit's annual budget. Maintain effective relationships with suppliers, agencies, government bodies, and statutory authorities. Foster strong collaborations with Faculties, Schools, and administrative units to enhance communication, marketing initiatives, and joint projects. Work closely with the Student Recruitment team to align activities and consistently achieve departmental KPIs and targets.

JOB REQUIREMENTS



Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Management, or a related discipline from a recognized institution. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience, including at least one (1) year in a supervisory role leading a team. Excellent written and spoken English, with strong ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
