Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the audit team to deliver high-quality assurance services in full compliance with regulatory standards. Supervise, guide, and mentor team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. Review and monitor high-risk engagements to ensure audit work adheres to professional and ethical standards. Oversee client portfolio financials, ensuring adherence to budgets and achievement of performance goals. Provide clients with strategic advice and practical recommendations that deliver measurable business value. Attend and represent the firm in client meetings, presenting audit findings and key insights effectively. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements. Collaborate with senior management and partners to support business development and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in Accountancy or equivalent. At least 5 years of solid experience in external audit. Comprehensive understanding of Malaysian tax regulations and auditing standards. Proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients. Excellent command of English and Bahasa Melayu, both written and spoken. Proven leadership capabilities with experience in managing and developing audit teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment. Knowledge of the Income Tax Act and Transfer Pricing will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
