Job Description

Location: Penang, Malaysia Working Hours: 9:00 am \xe2\x80\x93 6:00 pm Mon to Fri (overtime may be required) Responsibilities:

• Preparing the complete set of audit planning memorandum and audit working papers
• Drafting of audit report
• Cultivating an engaging working environment that promotes a shared commitment to quality and excellence in achieving the internal deadlines set by management
• Meeting tight deadlines

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of solid external audit experience in CPA firms
• Possesses a recognized accountancy degree and/or professional CPA qualification
• Has sound knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
• Good understanding of business and risk management issues
• Meticulous in audit documentation
• Good command of English, both written and oral
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and under tight deadlines
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (2007 and above) and Windows (7 and above)
• Knowledge of Caseware will be an added advantage
