Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct various types of audits as Team Leader or Team Member and prepare assessment reports and deliver findings to clients to ensure client understanding of the assessment decision and clear direction to items of corrective action where appropriate
  • Collaborates with teams of Auditors during the auditing activities.
  • Timely reporting and audit pack submission
  • Building great relationships with clients across all different sectors each offering differing products and services
  • A workable and resilient approach whilst still providing excellent customer satisfaction and maintaining a great work-life balance
  • Delivery that consistently meets the highest level of customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:
  • Professional education or training to an equivalent level of tertiary education level in Environmental/Social/Safety/Legal or similar field preferred with proven experience
  • At least 5 years of professional experience (e.g. forest management, plantation, consultancy etc) in a relevant discipline
  • Qualified Lead Auditor/Auditor with experience in conducting and delivering assessments on schemes such as MSPO, RSPO, PEFC, FSC & ISCC.
  • Proven knowledge of how a business operates to ensure appropriate interpretation of management system standards (i.e. ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO50001 etc.)
  • Learning ability to keep up with changes to business, industry, management thinking, and developing assessment styles
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills, as well as energy, passion, and commitment
