Your Job: The objective of this role is to support the designated responsibility area/region from Solution Confirmation through regional Implementation of Project Aurora and/or connected capabilities initiatives for Invoice to Pay. This role will report to Aurora Regional Lead \xe2\x80\x93 APAC. The successful candidate will possess specialized knowledge of AS IS functional or regional business processes and requirements coupled with the ability to influence TO BE design of those business processes and identify potential gaps. When necessary, this role will connect with additional regional experts to gather country-specific requirements for design consideration. Driven by You Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities: Alignment / Methodology:

  • Supports evaluation of AS IS operational issues and highlighted global solution roadblocks and propose alternatives that lead to adoption of the global standard with minimal to no customization.
  • Review proposed solution against existing regional process and highlight concerns/potential roadblocks in global solution.
  • Responsible for deliverables (Business Process Rqts, Business Process Design Docs, Business Process Model and all the relevant testing)
  • Under the direction of the Global Process Lead and/or Global Process Owner adopt the global template or design any required customization for the Implementation phase of the project.
  • Review draft solutions with regional senior managers and key users for awareness, socialization and support of global solution.
  • Assess impact from global solution on existing operating model and flag key concerns/opportunities.
Change Management:
  • Embrace simple, leaner, faster design philosophy with strong focus on business outcomes.
  • Proven communication skills to connect between end-users, direct leadership and the broader implementation team.
  • Actively participate in development of stakeholder communications
  • Influence regional stakeholders and conduct training sessions on new processes/tools.
  • Identify future hurdles in the global/regional adoption of the TO BE operating mode
Essential Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Administration-, Finance-, or Accounting-related field.
  • Proven experience identifying potential risks and informing all concerned parties.
  • Proven communication skills.
  • In depth knowledge of respective business domain (L3 process taxonomy) and the functional authority to approve TO BE business process requirements.
  • 5-7 years relevant business experience with demonstrated \xe2\x80\x9cpeople & project\xe2\x80\x9c success.
  • Fluent in English \xe2\x80\x93 Required (Additional languages preferred)
