  • Clarifies and translates business requirement to IT system functional requirement and system interaction and flows.
  • Work with business users and ensure compliance with policies and business rules.
  • Document the necessary components into functional specifications required by the Business and/or Technical Project Team (Write Functional Specification)
  • Co-ordinate with participating IT Teams to clarify Business requirements
  • Provide training (train the trainer) and implementation support.
  • Perform documentation of system manuals.
  • Collaborate with business users and technical delivery teams in developing scalable and flexible IT solution including studying both the business and system impact, create user stories, functional design, test strategy, support delivery till goes live and post live support.
  • Understand business context of business requirement, assess if there are gaps and work with business to update requirement documents.
  • Based on the translated system feature list, analyze the impact to the existing IT systems, determine required changes to existing IT systems and /or new systems required to be built, as well as the necessary functional interaction/integration between the IT systems.
  • Develop functional solution design specification that IT Technical team can use and develop the corresponding technical solution design specification. The functional solution design specification must incorporate features and flows that fulfil the bank\'s compliance, security, data governance policy and standards established in the bank.
  • Participate in projects meetings to provide clarity and guidance to the technical delivery team on the functional solution design specification. Update the functional solution design specification as and when necessary.
  • Develop test cases and test scripts to test and confirm the delivered IT systems work as per specified by the functional solution design specification. Analyse, assess impact, priorities and update functional solution design document for any additional change requests raised by business.
  • Assist in production deployment planning (e.g IT and business approval, readiness check, live test).
  • When needed, provide post-go live functional support till stabilization.
  • Provide training (train the trainer) and implementation support.
  • Perform documentation of system manuals.
  • Ability to document data and interface specification, working with technical teams to define business rules and business interface rules;
  • Ability to work with technical teams including other cross domain Ba\xe2\x80\x99s and teams to provide interface services or/and data requirements back to channels;
  • To be as techno functional Business Analyst; extending to business solution and solution/system design
Technical Skills:
  • Experience in hands on functional design, prototyping, testing and other implementation activities.
  • Familiar with existing IT system functionalities and functional flows.
  • at least 1 web programming (Java, JavaScript, PHP, Go, etc.) or 1 scripting language (bash, ksh, python, Perl, etc., Unix commands)
  • MS Excel or MS Project for planning and reporting
  • HP Quality Center (or similar defect tracking tool) or any other tools \xe2\x80\x93 JIRA, etc;

  • Ability to review BRD and develop corresponding FSD
  • Added Advantage - Exposure to 3rd party integration dependencies such as Payment Switch, Stock exchange, Central bank, etc.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM7,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month Benefits:
