Join as an Smart Manufacturing Automation Engineer, where you will design and implement innovative automation solutions to enhance production efficiency.   • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in semiconductor factory automation or robotics development and deployment.
  • AHMS Proficiency: Proficient in Automated Material Handling System (AHMS) frameworks such as Overhead Hoist Transport (OHT), Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR), Stocker, lifter, and conveyor.
  • Tool EAP and Machine Modification: Experience with equipment automation programs (EAP) and machine modification solutions in the semiconductor industry to support robotics.

  • Design Automation Roadmap and Solutions: Develop comprehensive automation roadmaps and solutions across Assembly/Test (A/T), Bump, and Probe processes.
  • Manage Automation Projects: Lead and manage automation projects, ensuring successful deployment in factories through collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders. This includes devising customized engineering solutions, documenting implementation processes, and providing active support.
  • Improve Automation Efficiency: Identify opportunities to enhance automation solution efficiency, focusing on tool utilization, productivity, and cost reduction.
  • Problem Identification and Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve potential problems, continuously improving processes. This requires essential coordination with purchasing, IT, and other departments.
  • Maintain Automation Operations: Debug, repair, troubleshoot, and conduct root cause analysis for automation operations. Regularly share performance data with colleagues and advise stakeholders on the technical aspects of implementing automation programs.
  • Documentation and Standardization: Write and update documentation for process standardization and control.
  • User Training: Provide training to users on new procedures or equipment.
  • Spearhead Audits and Best Practices: Lead audits, ensuring processes are updated with industry norms and best practices, and offer technical assistance to colleagues as needed.
