Support day-to-day machine monitoring and maintenances to ensure smooth business operation
Attend to breakdown & maintenance complaints promptly
Carry out installation and commissioning of new equipment and scheduled maintenance works according to the checklist at designated areas / sites
Perform minor repair & diagnose faults
Repair, clean, lubricate, and adjust parts, equipment, and machine where required
Maintain proper record of machines & machine service history
Perform ad hoc or other jobs as assigned by the engineer
Assist Lead Engineers to review Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and maintenance program
Obtaining, designing special component, fixture, fittings
Requirements :
Have higher education degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or other related field or equivalent experience with Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems
Minimum 3 years working experience in warehouse environment
Have strong experience in Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and controlling system
Have strong analytical skills and capable of generating comprehensive service reports
Have strong knowledge in repairing mechanical parts e.g. Conveyor belt, roller, barring etc.
Able to read and utilize mechanical & electrical schematics to assist in troubleshooting and resolution of mechanical and electronic components
Able to multi-task, prioritize workloads and work in a dynamic environment
Have knowledge in Warehouse Controlling Systems and/or
Good in Material Flow Control software\'s
You have knowledge and experience in Integration solutions with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
