This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining automation testing frameworks and scripts for web, mobile, and API applications, while managing test releases, defect tracking, and overseeing testing projects.This is a hybrid role. DXC's office is located in Petaling Jaya, but you may be asked to report to the client's office in Serdang on a rotational basis.

• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance automation testing frameworks.
• Create and develop automation testing scripts.
• Plan and execute automation test scripts using test execution schedulers.
• Write, execute, and report defects for test cases.
• Coordinate test planning with users and manage defect tracking.
• Oversee testing projects, including PWC reporting, and provide reviews and feedback on work products.
• Plan and manage test releases.
• Guide and mentor the testing team.
• Establish test automation processes and contribute to the evaluation and planning of the automation roadmap.
• Maintain and update LoadRunner scripts.
• Design, develop, and implement scalable test automation frameworks and strategies using Selenium WebDriver.
• Create automation frameworks for load, stress, and endurance testing.
• Develop test strategies, test plans, and test cases for Agile projects.
• Build and maintain libraries and methods to scale the automation suite effectively.
• Develop automation scripts for web applications, web services, and mobile applications (including Web Services and REST services).
• Create and maintain dashboards to track and visualize key performance indicators.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as Computer Science.
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in IT and test automation.
• Strong experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, LoadRunner, JMeter, NeoLoad, RedLine 13, and BlazeMeter.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain.
• Experience with Core Banking, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, and Payments systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
