Job Description

This role is under the Revenue Accounting & Analytics Team within the Finance Operations Department. The candidate will be working closely with the pricing team and platform/systems team to understand the necessary configurations required in the system to ; the business/pricing requirements. They will use this knowledge to set and continuously improve quality testing processes to ensure that pricing/configurations are always aligned to the requirements. They will be engaging with the data analytics team to create dashboards and set quality specific metrics to monitor for defects and have the concerned teams notified for corrective actions if any. Candidates must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment and learn new technologies in the airline industry.Responsibilities:
In this role, they will be responsible for the following:

• Create guidelines and implement quality & control based on industry good practices
• Work with the pricing team to design and implement testing plans for pricing/configuration setup for our booking and passenger revenue accounting platforms.
• Execute internal quality tests before handing it over to the end-user for them to conduct their own User Acceptance Testing
• Monitor for defects/errors and inform the pricing & configuration team for corrections

Qualifications:

• BS/BA in any related field (Business, Management, Engineering, Computer Science)

Preference:

• Knowledgeable in any programming language (Python, JavaScript, etc.,) to develop/implement a robust QA framework
• Experience in QA automation testing techniques
