Job Scopes:

Ensure overall customer satisfaction during after-sales service.
Listen to customer\'s concerns about their car and document them in job orders.
Validate service and warranty through the service booklet.
Address and resolve customer complaints effectively.
Conduct follow-up calls with customers.
Schedule service appointments.
Develop good relationships with customers and demonstrate a customer-centric mindset.
To attend to customers\' vehicles with proper diagnosis and achieve the desired degree of customer satisfaction.
Ensure proper handling of customers\' vehicles with proactive reception.
To achieve yearly & monthly targeted budgeted sales and vehicle throughput.
