Perform in-depth diagnostic assessments on buses (EV/Diesel), identifying mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults.
Monitor and track the progress of ongoing repairs, identifying any bottlenecks or delays and taking proactive measures to resolve them.
Keep detailed records of diagnostic tests, repairs, and maintenance activities in the company\'s database.
Generate regular reports on workshop performance, including repair completion rates, turnaround times, and resource allocation.

Job Requirements:

Candidates with a strong passion for the automotive industry (EV- Electrical Vehicles) and a willingness to learn and grow in the role are welcomed.
Candidate must have self-driven attitude with the ability to take initiative and work independently, as well as part of a team.
Candidate must be able to work at Johor Bahru.
