A leading bank is seeking a high-calibre candidate for an AVP, Product Innovation and Management (Islamic Banking) job for Islamic products in trade finance. About the AVP, Product Innovation and Management (Islamic Banking) Role:
In this business critical role, you will manage, analyse and supervise the performance of IB\xe2\x80\x99s financing products, services and processes in an effort to increase the bank\xe2\x80\x99s income/profit. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, analyse, manage, control and coordinate with the Strategy and Sales Team for the development and enhancement of Islamic trade products and solutions
• Track latest trends and market updates in terms of Islamic trade products and solutions and provide immediate defensive and growth strategy in terms of products attractiveness
• Develop, monitor, review and enhance products and services process flows, operational procedures, guidelines and related legal documentations for IB\xe2\x80\x99s financing products in meeting the increasing demand for products and services and/or changes in the regulations
• Manage and organise training/briefing programme for sale and marketing team (global banking and community financial services segment) on the new and enhanced IB\xe2\x80\x99s financing products and services to create awareness and improvements in product knowledge

To succeed in the AVP, Product Innovation and Management (Islamic Banking) job, you will need to have a strong background in Islamic banking and also trade finance as this role is for Islamic products in trade finance. Key Requirements:

• Minimum of five years\' experience in Islamic trade product development and management as well as trade finance operations
• Prerequisite - good working knowledge of trade finance documentation
• Ability to work both independently and as a team player with other departments and management, demonstrates good communication skills and close attention to detail
• Ability to cope well with stress in a fast-paced environment and multitask for urgent requests
