Job Responsibilities To manage & supervise a team (12HC) of Direct Sales Officer. Responsible to meet monthly team sales targets Acquire New-to-Bank credit card customers at roadshows/face-to-face sourcing Cross-sell products based on client\'s financial needs, including Personal Loans, Credit Line Increases, Credit Insurance, Supplementary Cards and Add-on cards Job Requirements More than 5 years sales experience Proven sales track record Leading people will be an added value Be a part of UOB Family UOB is an equal opportunity employer.
