Position Overview

We're seeking a skilled Team Lead with deep experience in .NET Core, C#, and API development. This role demands a strong focus on building scalable, reliable backend systems that support real-world business processes. You will guide a team of developers, shape technical direction, and collaborate across functions to deliver solutions that optimize healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management

Lead and mentor developers in building business-focused backend solutions Maintain a collaborative team environment focused on quality and deadlines Prioritize and assign development tasks to balance workload and meet goals

API & Backend Development

Architect and develop performant .NET Core APIs and backend services using C# Work with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs Build scalable, secure backend systems integrating with multiple platforms

Business Process-Oriented Development

Deliver backend solutions optimized for efficiency in healthcare workflows Partner with analysts and product teams to improve business processes through technology

Feasibility & Solution Design

Evaluate new project proposals for technical and business feasibility Design balanced solutions that address both business goals and development limits

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Coordinate with frontend developers, UX/UI, and product teams for seamless integration Participate in discussions to align technical efforts with overall business objectives

Code Quality & Best Practices

Set and enforce coding standards and development processes Conduct code reviews and ensure robust testing (unit and integration) Maintain secure, maintainable, and consistent code

Continuous Improvement

Keep abreast of advances in .NET Core, C#, API development, and cloud technologies Identify opportunities to improve backend performance and business process automation

Version Control & Project Management

Use GitHub and Bitbucket for code management Track tasks and progress via Jira, resolving blockers efficiently

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields Proven leadership experience managing .NET Core and C# development teams Strong background in scalable API and microservices development Experience in business process-driven development to deliver efficient backend systems Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus Familiarity with CI/CD and agile methodologies Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Remuneration & Benefits

Salary: RM 12,000 EPF, SOCSO, EIS Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
