• Candidate must possess at least Certificate or diploma in pastry making, baking or relevant field with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
• Preferably F&B specialized industry or equivalent.
• Good spoken English & Mandarin
• Candidates must be result oriented and self-driven. Highly organized and able to multitask in fast-paced environment.
• Strong self-presentation skills, and efficient.
• Maintain a high level of attention to details.
• Able to multitask & work under pressure.
• Able to work with a team.
• Excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of a large variety of pastries, breads and other related products. (croissants, danish, puffs, cakes)
• Bake items according to established recipes, adjusting oven temperatures, bake times, and ingredients as necessary.
• Monitor baking process and adjust as needed to achieve desired product quality.
• Decorate cakes and pastries, and prepare garnishes as needed for display items.
• Ensure all baked goods are fresh, visually appealing, and ready for sale on time.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory, including ordering and restocking baking ingredients.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and test new recipes or seasonal items.
