  • Precision: Attention to detail in measuring ingredients, following recipes, and decorating finished products.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to handle the physical demands of baking, including lifting heavy bags of flour and standing for extended periods.
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple baking projects simultaneously.
  • Time Management: Efficient time management to ensure timely production and delivery of baked goods.
