Research & Development (R&D)

for new bun varieties while maintaining high-quality

Production

standards.

What You'll Do:



Innovate:

Develop new recipes, textures, and flavors for our bun line.

Produce:

Execute daily production schedules with consistency and precision.

Quality Control:

Ensure every bun meets our standards for taste, appearance, and freshness.

Scale:

Help transition successful R&D concepts into full-scale production.

What We're Looking For:



Experience:

Minimum

1 year

of professional baking experience (specifically with dough/buns).

Skills:

Strong understanding of yeast fermentation, proofing, and oven management.

Mindset:

A creative problem-solver who is also comfortable with the rhythm of daily production.

Education:

Certificate/Diploma in Pastry/Baking is a plus, but proven skill is most important.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
