BAKERY/PASTRY CHEFIskandar Puteri, JohorBakers & Pastry Chefs (Trades & Services)Full timeRM 8,000 - RM 9,000 per month

• Planning a Cake (Bread, Pastry) production schedule.
• Identify and address key concerns that may alter or impact production schedule.
• Recording all of documentation for HACCP, ISO.
• Implementing improvements to the production process.
• Ensuring products meets quality standards.
• Managing Food quality and safety standard
• Managing and record X-ray and metal detector
• Prepare production records and wastage.
• Review production workflow.
• Stocktaking by daily, weekly, monthly.
• Review used ingredients by all products.
• Work closely with R&D team for new products and campaign launch.
• Any other duties as deemed fit by the Management.
• Responsible to Production activities is adhered to Halal requirement.

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in as production in Bakery industry.
• Have experience work in factory is preferred.
• Understanding of food standard (HACCP, HALAL & ISO).
• Understanding of safety regulation (JKKP, ISO)
• Candidate who poses Halal requirement and working experience will be an added advantage.
• Strong organizational skill.
• Possesses strong interpersonal skills.
