-To ensure day to day operations are carried out smoothly in accordance to company’s SOP.
-To assist the Head Chef or Sous Chef in managing all stock inventory receiving & checking.
-To ensure all food is cooked & plated well.
-Orders are made on time.
-Setting up of workstation with all ingredients and cooking equipment required.
-Communicate with the front house regarding any menu questions, the length of wait time and product availability.
-Ensure food quality is always maintained at all times.
-To be able to work in multiple stations.
-Maintaining Kitchen space and Kitchen Equipment’s maintenance and cleanliness.
-To assist in any other tasks given by management or your superior.
Job Requirements
-Advanced knife handling, fry and steam experience.
-Ability to understand both written and spoken English or Chinese.
-Team Player
-Prior working experience will be an added advantage
-Able to work on all shifts include weekends and holidays.
-Able to work long hours.
-Age 18 years and above.
-Must be Covid-19 vaccinated.
