Job Responsibilities:

Identify and resolves customer inquiries/issues accurately via phone / email / live chat from Singapore market. Completes accurately the necessary documentation to manage customer complaints, issues and subsequent solutions. Responsible for identifying and escalating customer issues to the appropriate department. Maximizes opportunities to up sell or cross-sell Bank's products and services whenever to meet customer's needs. Updates customer data and other relevant information into the relevant systems (as required) accurately..

Job Requirements:

At least a recognized Diploma with 2 years of working experience OR SPM / STPM or equivalent certificate holders with at least 5 years of work experience in CS Fresh Degree holders are welcome to apply as training is provided. Strong customer service mindset with good communication and excellent problem solving skills. Possess good communication skills (verbal and written English), additional Mandarin verbal ability is preferred Ability to work on a 24/7 shift including weekends and Public Holidays on rotational basis Working 5 days a week with 2 rest days

Earliest shift start at 6am, latest shift end by 3am

(Latest shift is ONLY assign to Senior Officer 1 month in every 3-4 months)

9.5 hours per shift including 1 hour break (additional 0.5 hours comfort break)

1 month classroom training (Mon - Fri, 9am - 6.30pm) Mandatory attendance

Remuneration Package:

Basic is up to RM4,000 depending on experience | Fresh Degree Holder: RM3200 RM350 per month Shift Allowance Up to RM900 if night shift RM500 Bonus upon confirmation (1 time off) RM25 per day ? Transport Allowance (start anytime before 7am / end after 12am) Quarterly KPI Incentives (up to RM2,000) Non sales KPI RM300 per month Mandarin Language Allowance 21 days annual leave 14 day medical leave Medical & Insurance coverage (including Immediate Family) Dental & Optical RM400 per annum OT is claimable upon approval Double Pay on Public Holiday Performance bonus and salary review in March
