phone call and email.
Ensure highest standard of service delivery on personalized phone services to customers.
Serves customers by determining requirements; answering inquiries; resolving problems; fulfilling requests; maintain database.

Earliest shift start at 6am, latest shift end by 3am* 9.5 hours per shift including 1 hour break (additional 0.5 hours comfort break)Rest 2 days (Off day may be split)
