Job Description
Position: Tele Collector / Credit Recovery Officer
Job Type: 1 Year (Renewable)
Working Day's: Monday - Friday (Subject to change)
Working Hours: 8.45am to 5.45pm (Subject to change)
Location: Crystal Plaza, Petaling Jaya (Near to LRT Asia Jaya)
Salary: RM 2,000 (Basic Salary) + Monthly Commission: RM 750 - RM 4,000
Role Function:
Responsible to make outbound calls and remind the account holders of their credit card or loan payments.
Responsible to liaise and negotiate with account holders on their payment issues.
Persuade, negotiable and work closely with the account holders to make workable repayment arrangement.
Responsible to follow-up and monitor on accountholder's payment thoroughly in timely manner.
To attend to the documentation required to assist collection.
Requirement:
Candidates must possess at least SPM, Diploma and Degree Holder.
Good Communication in English and Bahasa.
Fresh graduate with good communication skill is encouraged to apply.
Training will be provided; Require fast learner applicant.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
