- Diploma with minimum 2 years of working experience in a call center, handling inbound calls.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written.
- Customer-oriented, pleasant personality and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Fresh Graduates (Diploma/Degree/Master) with a passion for the Customer Service field are encouraged to apply.
- Must be able to start work in August 2023 and be based in Kuala Lumpur or Petaling Jaya.
- Applicant(s) must be fully vaccinated for Covid19.
- Working days on Mon-Fri Only
- Responsible to handle incoming calls from customers and assist them with their inquiries on products and services.
- Identify customers\' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Maintain the accuracy of all data and verify the same for all customer services.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
- Frequently attend training to improve knowledge and performance level.
Working Location: Kuala Lumpur / Petaling Jaya (Walking Distance to Train Station)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (Staggered Working Hours between 8 AM to 8 PM - 9 Hours Working with 1 Hour break)
Employment Type: 3 Months Contract (renewable/convertible to Permanent based on performance)
