1.Banking Operations - Cards & Lending Operations Roles and Responsibilities: Be our subject expert in our Card Operations. Collaborate with product, customer experience and business to create a robust operation process that delight our customers where it matters most. Use advanced data analytics to explore operations issues/opportunities, uncover insights and/or identify targeted areas for efficiency improvement and risk mitigation. Ensure day-to-day operations comply with the regulatory and internal requirements. Leverage on technology to drive high degree of digitalisation and scalability. Analyse potential pitfalls across the process cycle for product launches and system roll out, which may impact operations effectiveness. Drive higher degree of effectiveness of control measures. Use big data analysis to discover patterns and potential hot spots Drive iterative process improvements and work closely with cross functional teams to close the process risk gaps. Requirement: Passionate about solving problems - possesses a relentless need for investigation and data exploration. Use your problem-solving skills to foresee obstacles and proposed changes to the operation process. At least 3 years of experience in Card operations, journey mapping and process optimization Strong foundation in design thinking and human centric methodologies A thorough understanding of the latest process enhancement strategies and experience applying them A sharp eye for identifying weak points in processes and work flow structures. A strategic and analytical mindset as you will have to critically evaluate individual processes and iterations, then synthesize their insights An excellent communicator with top-notch presentation skills as you will often hold presentations, lead brainstorming sessions and trainings, and create reports Must be organized and committed to meeting deadlines as you will spearhead both the planning and implementation Comfort in dealing with ambiguity and operating in a fast-changing, unstructured environment Leadership and mentoring skills. Confidence in your abilities to lead organizational change. 2.Banking Operations - Onboarding Specialist Roles and Responsibilities: Support day-to-day operational activities in the Onboarding processes. Perform day-to-day eKYC processing with consistency Review of name screening alerts with sound judgment and taking into account timeliness of alert closures. Conduct CDD documentation and review for Retail Consumers with high quality standards (e.g. consistency, process adherence, productivity). This is primarily focused on new client onboarding reviews. Good understanding of Singapore AML regulations (e.g MAS 626) & guidelines relating to customer onboarding journey. Send outbound requests for information and track these to conclusion to facilitate case closures Good understanding of Singapore AML regulations (e.g MAS 626) & guidelines relating to customer onboarding journey. Ensure processes are performed in compliance with the Bank\'s standards and regulatory requirements Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned. Requirement: Minimum of 3 years\' relevant experience in AML/CFT roles in a Regulated Financial Institution, with relevant hands-on Onboarding, Name Screening and/or Customer Due Diligence experience in conducting end-to-end on-boarding journey for consumer retail/ small & medium enterprises banking segments. Minimum of bachelor\'s degree or equivalent in any discipline (from a recognized university). Solid knowledge of MAS regulations on AML/CFT/Sanction relating to CDD requirements. Good communication skills: able to articulate facts, processes and policy to key stakeholders who may have any onboarding-related queries Able to work in shift-based hours Good to have: Certification as an AML specialist (e.g CAMS / Diploma in AML) with a recognized institution will be an advantage.
